Orders & Quotations

All quotations provided by VastraVyu are subject to fabric availability at the time of order confirmation. Prices are indicative and may vary based on final quantity, customisation, and prevailing raw material costs.

Minimum Order Quantities

Standard wholesale MOQs apply as communicated during the quotation process. Small-batch and private label terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders require an advance payment before production or dispatch, with the balance due prior to shipment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat.
