Sample swatch kits are dispatched within 48 hours of a confirmed request. Bulk wholesale orders are dispatched per the timeline agreed at order confirmation, typically 7-15 business days depending on quantity and customisation.
We currently offer reliable, tracked delivery across India. Select export shipments outside India are handled on request; please contact us to discuss your location.
Every fabric batch is quality-checked before dispatch. If you receive fabric that does not match the approved sample or agreed specification, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details, and we will work with you on a resolution.
All domestic orders are billed with GST-compliant invoices.
